Our passion is producing natural solutions to existing problems that the food industry faces, like clean-label substitutions, natural thickeners and texturizers, nutritional improvements, shelf life optimization, natural emulsifiers or gluten replacement.

Riviana only manufactures natural ingredients in line with the values of clean label food products. No chemically modified or synthetic products are produced. No preservatives  or any other additives are added during production.

Pea Protein Solutions

  • PisumPRO is a dry-fractionated yellow pea protein concentrate containing 55% protein. This sustainable protein source is completely gluten-free and ideal for allergen-free food applications.
  • PisumTEX is a textured pea protein made from HerbaPRO pea protein concentrate, developed for vegan burgers, minced, sausages, etc.
  • PisumMYL is a gluten-free yellow pea starch concentrate with a great gelling capacity. Compared to rice, pea starch has large starch granules that can absorb relatively high amounts of water.
  • PisumNAT is completely gluten-free pea flour and ideal for allergen-free food applications.
  • PisumGEL is a gluten-free gel solution developed to assure clean label applications.

Fava Bean Protein Solutions

  • ViciaPRO is a dry-fractionated fava bean protein concentrate containing up to 75% protein. This sustainable protein source is completely gluten-free and ideal for allergen-free food applications.
  • ViciaTEX is a textured fava bean protein made from ViciaPRO protein concentrate. It is developed for vegan burgers, minced, sausages, etc. Its great taste and texture will allow you to make excellent allergen-free meat replacers.
  • ViciaMYL is a gluten-free starch concentrate from the fava bean and has a great gelling capacity. Food applications for which ViciaMYL has been tested by our R&D team are laminated and extruded snacks, potato or corn replacer, and gluten free pasta.
  • ViciaNAT is completely gluten-free fava bean flour, ideal for allergen-free food applications
  • ViciaGEL is a gluten-free gel solution developed to assure clean label applications.

Chickpea Protein Solutions

  • CicerPEARL are pearl shaped pellets made from chickpea flour. CicerPEARL was developed by our R&D team and optimized for puffing applications. These pellets pop easily into a puffed chickpea cake or puffed chickpea snack.
  • CicerNAT is completely gluten-free chickpea flour and ideal for allergen-free food applications.
  • CicerPRO is a textured chickpea protein made from chickpeas protein concentrate, developed for vegan burgers, minced, sausages, etc.
  • CicerMYL is a gluten-free chickpea starch concentrate with a great gelling capacity.
  • CicerTEX and CicerGEL are both gluten-free solutions developed to assure clean label applications

Lentil Protein Solutions

  • LensPEARL are pearl shaped pellets made from 100% red lentil flour. Developed by our R&D team and optimized for puffing applications, LensPEARL pop easily into a puffed lentil cake or puffed lentil snack.
