Specialty instant rice
Our Specialty Instant Rice line is the largest in the industry as it includes arborio, red, black, wild, jasmine and basmati rice. All of these varieties are perfect for a wide range of applications and cook in 4 to 10 minutes. Available in long and medium grain varieties.
Instant Rice IR-300
IR-300 is a specially precooked, long grain white rice ingredient that requires no actual cooking. It rehydrates within five minutes after simply adding hot water. This makes it an excellent choice for microwave and meal-in-a-cup applications. Available in both enriched and non-enriched forms.
Instant Rice IR-340
Our specially precooked, long grain IR-340 is the industry standard for conventional Instant Rice. This specially precooked and long grain white rice variety cooks up in approximately five minutes. It is available in both enriched and non-enriched forms.
Instant Parboiled and Expanded Rice
Parboiled white, brown, basmati, jasmine and arborio rice, these ingredients are first parboiled and then precooked to produce Instant Parboiled Rice. Cooking time ranges from 3 to 10 minutes depending on rice variety. Available in long and medium grain varieties.
Instant Rice Brokens IR-103
IR-103 Instant Rice Brokens are long grain milled rice granulates that are ½ to ¾ the size of the original kernels. This results in a reduced rehydration time of 2 to 3 minutes for whole grain and white rice varieties.
